Cancellation Policy:

Payments via Pix or cash: Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the start of the experience guarantee a full refund.

Payments by card and other methods: Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the start of the experience guarantee a partial refund (with deduction of costs related to the chosen payment method).

Cancellations within 12 hours prior to the experience, without justification of force majeure, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Changes in the weather or tides may change the itinerary or cancel the tour. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, we offer a full refund for payments via Pix or cash, and a partial refund for other payment methods (minus the costs of the chosen payment method).
