Exchange, Return and Refund Policies

1.0. Payments
We accept payments via Pix, cash, credit card, and other payment options. The full cost of each experience will be provided at booking and must be paid in advance to secure your reservation.

2.0. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations up to 12 hours before the experience:

• Pix or Cash Payments: Full refund available.

• Credit Card and Other Methods: Partial refund available, minus applicable fees and administrative costs associated with the payment method.

2.2 Cancellations within 12 hours of the experience start time (without force majeure justification):
For cancellations within 12 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method.

2.3 Cancellations due to Force Majeure (adverse weather or sea conditions):
Kayak Paraty reserves the right to adjust or cancel tours in case of adverse weather or sea conditions that may affect safety.

• Pix or Cash Payments: Full refund available.

• Credit Card and Other Methods: Partial refund, deducting administrative and payment method fees.

 

3.0. Changes and Rescheduling
Changes or rescheduling are permitted up to 12 hours before the tour start time, in line with the cancellation criteria. After this window, changes or rescheduling are not guaranteed, and the cancellation policy will be applied as detailed.
